The position has 1 regularly scheduled weekly evening shifts are 5 pm-9 pm Monday-Thursday. Are there any days of the week that you would not be able to work an evening shift? *

Weekend shifts are scheduled once every 4 weeks, working Saturday 9 am-5 pm and Sunday 12 pm-5 pm. Would you be able to work a full weekend once every 4 weeks? *
